How It Started
The store didn't begin as a large business. It began with a simple hobby.
We originally started by selling through ecommerce stores and online marketplaces. Very quickly we noticed something surprising — collectors weren't just buying one coin. Many buyers came back asking if we had more designs, different themes, or matching pieces. Some were building displays, others were buying gifts, and many simply enjoyed the artwork and history behind the designs.
Over time it became clear there was genuine interest in affordable collectible coins that weren't traditional high-value numismatic investments. Instead of listing one item at a time, we created One More Coin so collectors could browse a dedicated catalogue and build collections more easily.

Why I Built One More Coin
One More Coin didn't begin as a large company or investment business — it started from a genuine interest in collectible designs and themed coins.
Before creating this store, I spent years selling through ecommerce stores and online marketplaces, learning which products people genuinely connected with and returned to buy again. Over time I noticed something interesting about collectible coins specifically: people rarely stopped at buying just one.
Some customers built themed collections around mythology, poker culture, military-style challenge coins, Viking and Norse designs, fantasy artwork, or historical coins. Others displayed them on desks, shelves, or collector trays, while many bought them as unusual gifts for friends and family.
