30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at hello@onemorecoin.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your coin arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@onemorecoin.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
