Orders are prepared and packed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
During peak periods or public holidays processing may take slightly longer, but customers will always receive a dispatch confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

We remain fully responsible for your order. All customer service, delivery support, returns, refunds, and guarantees are handled directly by our team, and you should contact us — not any third party — if you need assistance.

This means your payment, order protection, and after-sales support are provided by One More Coin from start to finish.

Where Orders Ship From

To offer a wide variety of collectible designs, items are dispatched from our specialist manufacturing and fulfilment partners.
For this reason, parcels may be shipped from international fulfilment centres rather than a single UK warehouse.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.
A tracking number is emailed once the parcel leaves the fulfilment facility. Tracking typically becomes active when the shipment reaches the destination country’s postal carrier.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspection.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 25 days of dispatch, please contact us.
We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional postage may be required.
